I was recently contacted by a very nice lady who recocnized this photo!  This is a photo of her grandfather, William A. Staats and his wife, Ola Osa (Ocie) Greenlee.  The children are Audela and Harold Staats.  William Staats parents were William F. Staats and Emily Jane Casto.
